Unethical retrospective rating practice after dropping from four cars to two, they literally increased my premiums over and beyond the fake "multi car discount". Agent says, "we don't know how the rates are determined in the office, it's whatever underwriting says"... I secured quotes from 3 top competitors and ALL THREE WERE at least 15% lower for home and 20% lower for autos. I'm literally saving HUNDREDS of dollars a month by terminating my relationships with State Farm."

"I don't know where to start. I have lived in DFW area for the past 45 years and dealt with different insurance agencies for business and personal matters. I have never experienced an incompetent and unprofessional agent like Christopher walls. My combine premium with his agency is close to $15000.00 annually and yet, there is a water leak in my house powder room for almost a month and after a number of phone calls, zero response from him. I have already started shopping around for different agent to take care of my properties and autos so I don't have to deal with him anymore and I strongly recommend that you do the same."

"Unresponsive despite I expressed to him and several people in his team how I am frustrated from their lack of responsiveness. He suggested me one time to text my queries through SMS as this guarantees several people in his team will see it and for sure someone will get back to me. I did that twice and no one ever got back to me. I had to keep calling to find someone. I had an urgent issue and texted the number on Oct 26th 2024 asking for a an urgent call back, we are now on Nov 8th and no one called or texted or emailed me. Chris and his team are ghosts and unresponsive, not passionate for their clients as it seems to be. If he or his team ever responds then they are helpful."
