After all, we live in the state of Texas, Collin County, where homeowner's insurance rates are astronomical because of the severe weather we have here. The office staff does a great job! I've been dealing with Ms. Alma for the past several years and I've received nothing but superior service from her. When I send her an email with a question, she responds immediately. (I've even sent her emails when I knew she was off, hoping that she would respond once she returned to the office. That was not the case, with Alma. She has responded to me when she's off.) I've shopped around for better rates. There was one company that offered a lower total premium, but the difference wasn't worth making the change at this time. Once again, there customer service is phenomenal!"
